La canci\u00f3n ha habitado pel\u00edculas, anuncios, cualquier imagen que necesite una carretera mojada de noche, y sobrevive al uso porque la grabaci\u00f3n es concreta. Se oye la sala de Santa Monica, cuatro hombres que casi se hab\u00edan deshecho y que, durante unas semanas, volv\u00edan a ser una banda. Botnick, su ingeniero desde hac\u00eda a\u00f1os, dej\u00f3 la voz seca y la lluvia ancha. El contraste es el drama. Morrison no grita. Narra, y luego se convierte en su propio fantasma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que queda es esa segunda voz. La historia del autoestopista es pulp, el giro espiritual del final es sincero, y ambos caben en un groove que podr\u00eda haber salido de un lounge si el lounge tuviera tormenta afuera. El piano de Manzarek es el sistema del tiempo. Cuando llega el susurro, la canci\u00f3n deja de ser una escena y se vuelve una partida. Ten\u00eda veintisiete a\u00f1os, y la cinta no lo sab\u00eda.
